Zakaria Benghazala is a PhD Professor, expert consultant, and senior trainer specialising in finance, governance, and performance management. He is a faculty member and researcher at the National School of Business and Management (ENCG) of Settat and the author of several peer-reviewed scientific publications in the fields of governance, corporate social responsibility (CSR), finance, management control, and related disciplines. Zakaria is also a visiting and adjunct professor at several leading higher education institutions, including the IAE Dijon School of Management at the University of Bourgogne, France, contributing to international academic exchange in management and finance. Alongside his academic career, he is actively engaged in consulting and corporate governance advisory work with both public and private sector organisations.
