Any images coprwrited by third parties are used in good faith and the copywrite remains with the owner. All copywrited images include a click through to the source image for clarification purposes.
8. Force Majeure
Failure or delay by World Economics Ltd in performing its obligations under this Agreement as a result of circumstances outside World Economics Ltd’s reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement. Information Sciences Limited shall, as soon as conditions return to normal, take all reasonable steps to rectify the failure or delay at the earliest opportunity. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if such event of force majeure continues for more than thirty (30) days, the Licensee shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement.
9. Assignment
You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms.
10. Invalidity
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which remain in full force and effect. Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and will have no legal meaning or effect.

11.1 Information Sciences Limited is not responsible and assumes no responsibility for the contents of any non-Information Sciences Limited linked Internet website, or for any potential damage arising out of or in connection with the use of any such link.
