This article presents some principles of bargaining theory in a non-technical language in order to make them accessible to people outside the academic community. These principles are presented keeping in view several real-life

The author cautions that this is an introductory note aimed merely to facilitate an understanding of the main principles and to illustrate the scope for their application, with a potential which, if comprehended and harnessed fully, could contribute significantly to peaceful progress at all levels.
