Zhu Tian is the Head of the Department of Economics at the China Europe International Business School in Shanghai. Having received a PhD in economics from Northwestern University in Illinois, he went on to become a Master of Economics at Peking University. With a field of expertise including enterprise theories, managerial economics and Chinese economic transformation, he joined the China Europe International Business School in 2005, becoming head of his department in 2011. Professor Zhu’s recent research has been published in international academic journals such as Economic Inquiry, International Economic Review and the Wall Street Journal.
