Phillip Crowson


Phillip Crowson was the Chief Economist of Rio Tinto P.L.C. for fifteen years until his retirement at the end of 1996. He has written many articles and several books on the economics of the Minerals Industry. He is an honorary professor at the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy at the University of Dundee, where he teaches a graduate course on Mineral Resources Policy and Economics.
