Joe Perkins is a Prize Fellow at All Souls College, University of Oxford. His main research interests are in theoretical public economics. He is Seminar Coordinator of OXONIA, The Oxford Institute for Economic Policy’s Programme "Improving Macroeconomic Performance" and an editor of the journal Oxonomics. Previously, as a HM Treasury official, he focused on issues related to European monetary policy and the euro and contributed to the writing of the UK Government’s assessment of ‘the five economic tests’. Mr. Perkins studied at Balliol College, Oxford and at St. John’s College, Cambridge.
