Vaqar Ahmed is Deputy Executive Director at the Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI). Previously, Dr Ahmed was Advisor to the Planning Commission of Pakistan and Lead Coordinator for the Medium Term Growth Strategy and Tenth Five Year Development Plan.
