John C. Michaelson is Chief Executive Officer of Imperium Partners Group, an investment management firm based in New York City. Mr Michaelson is the author of books on investing including Restructuring for Growth published by McGraw Hill and articles including ‘Institution driven investing: a new model for endowment investing’ that appeared in April 2012 in Pension and Investments. Mr Michaelson serves as a Trustee of charitable organizations including The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art and the Royal Air Force Museum. He has a BA from Oxford University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
