Daniel Cash is a Lecturer in Law at Aston University. Before joining Aston University, he read for his Doctorate in The University of Durham, which was passed in October 2016, which concentrated on analysing the transgressions of the Credit Rating Industry and endeavoured to advance a measured proposal. His work focuses exclusively upon the Credit Rating Industry, which has manifested in a number of articles in 2016 that range from assessing the potential regulatory future for the Credit Rating Industry in the U.K. after a possible ‘hard-Brexit’, the requirement for the U.S. Justice Department to take a tougher stance towards Moody’s, and through to the first instalment of the Viability of a Response series which assesses the capabilities of attempts to counter the influence of the ‘Big Three’.
