Clive Bell

Clive Bell is Professor of Economics at the University of Heidelberg and Visiting Research Fellow at the World Bank. His main research interests lie in the fields of agrarian economic organisation and public economics, especially social cost–benefit analysis in less developed countries. His recent book, Development Policy as Public Finance, treats a wide range of topics in economic development from this perspective.
