Frances Stewart - World Economics - The journal of current economic analysis and policy

Frances Stewart is Professor of Development Economics, and Director of the International Development Centre, Queen Elizabeth House, University of Oxford. She has written widely on development issues. Her books include Technology and Underdevelopment (Macmillan, 1977), Adjustment with a Human Face, with G.A. Cornia and R. Jolly (OUP, 1987); and War and Underdevelopment, 2001, with Valpy FitzGerald and Associates.
