Carol Graham - World Economics - The journal of current economic analysis and policy

Carol Graham is Senior Fellow and Co-Director of the Center on Social and Economic Dynamics at the Brookings Institution, and Visiting Professor at The Johns Hopkins University. She has served as Special Advisor to the Vice President of the Inter-American Development Bank and in the Office of the Chief Economist of the World Bank. She is the author of several books and articles on market reform, institutional change, and poverty. She has an A.B. from Princeton University, an M.A. from Johns Hopkins, and a D.Phil from Oxford University.
