Tian Zhu is a Professor of Economics and Chair of the Department of Economics and Decision Sciences at China Europe International Business School. Before joining CEIBS, he taught at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Dr Zhu’s recent research has been published in various academic journals including Economics of Transition, International Economic Review and Journal of Financial Intermediation. He has also published op-ed articles in popular media such as the Financial Times and the Wall Street Journal.
